Ordering

How can I make a return?
In order to do a proper return, please refer to our Return Policy online to make sure your return meets our criteria.

Can I do an exchange?
We do accept exchanges upon availability of the item. *(live locally) We will gladly accept exchanges in-store if your exchange meets our Return Policy guidelines and we have the sizes available. You are also given the option to exchange for another item in store or receive store credit via a store gift card.

How soon will I refunded once I return an item?
Once your package is received, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email regarding the appropriate refund.

Why are some of your items out of stock?
Sometimes we just aren’t prepared for the admiration our customers have towards our clothes! We are working on the growing demand of our online store and we appreciate your patience as we continue to grow!

How will I know when an item is re-stocked?
When the item you want is sold out, select “let me know when this item is restocked” and you will receive an email alert as soon as it arrives!

Does your online store have a loyalty rewards program like in store?
Currently we do not, but we are looking into providing the best loyalty reward program for our online customers!

What is free shipping?
Standard Ground is free for all customers in the continental U.S.

Not yet, but we're working on it!

How long after I place an order will it be shipped?
All orders placed Monday – Friday by 4pm (CT), will be shipped within one business day of the order. Our warehouse is closed Saturday and Sunday, orders placed on these days will be shipped by Monday. Shipping typically takes between 2-5 business days to receive your order.

If I choose in-store pick up, how long will it take for my order to be ready?
- All orders placed Monday – Friday before 4pm (CT) will be packaged and delivered to Shop 112 by 10am the next day.
- All orders placed Monday – Friday after 4pm (CT) will be packaged and delivered to Shop 112 by 5pm the next day.
- Our warehouse is closed Saturday and Sunday, any orders placed over the weekend will be ready for pick-up by Monday at 12pm (CT)

Do you have express shipping and how much is it?
A. yes, we do offer express shipping, however our cut off time for express orders is 4pm (CT), Monday – Friday. Any express orders placed after 4pm (CT) will be processed the next business day. Rates for express shipping are available at check-out and depends on weight.

What can cause any delays in my order?
- During large sales and promotional events, shipping can be delayed up to 2 business days, your patience is greatly appreciated. We are working as fast as we can to get your order out to you!
- If your “ship to” address is different than your “billing” address your order will not go through. We will, for your security, call and verify to make sure you (the card holder) is/are the person placing the order. This process may delay your order.

Why is my payment not going through?
If billing information you provided doesn’t match what your bank has on file (address/zip code) your order will not go through.

How can I use a promotional code?
You will use promotional codes towards the end of your transaction, there will be a discount bar, where you will enter your code, then click apply. If code is valid, your discount will be applied. Please remember, only one discount code is valid per online order.

Do I get a confirmation when my order goes through?
When you place an order with Shop 112 (online) you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Then a follow up email letting you know your order is shipped, and tracking will be included. Please note, it can take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
